An order is not confirmed until you receive an official order confirmation email. You are responsible for reporting any issues with the quality or condition of your delivered product according to our quality standards.

Fees and Pricing

All product prices are listed in U.S. Dollars ($) and are exclusive of applicable sales tax and delivery fees, which will be calculated and added at checkout. You are charged based on the prices listed on our website at the time of your order. Full payment is required at the time of purchase to secure your order. Order Completion and Delivery

You are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address and recipient information. We are not responsible for delivery failures or delays due to incorrect/incomplete addresses, or if the recipient is unavailable to accept the delivery. Once a delivery is completed and left at the address, GiftyCo is no longer liable for the gift's condition due to external factors like weather or theft.

Cancellations, Refunds, and Disputes

Refunds and cancellations are handled according to our policy. Orders can be canceled for a full refund only if the request is made before the gift has been assembled and dispatched by our team. If you believe your order does not meet our quality standards, you must contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery, with photographic evidence if possible, to be eligible for a review.

The GiftyCo name, logo, unique gift collections, product names, photographs, and all related service names and website content are our intellectual property. We grant you a limited license to access and use our website for personal use. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of our brand assets or website content is strictly prohibited.
